1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental cost.

2. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the reservation.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show (failure to pick up the rental vehicle without prior cancellation), the reservation will be considered a late cancellation, and fees may apply.

4. Early Return:

If a customer returns the rental vehicle before the scheduled drop-off date, no refund will be provided for the unused rental days.

5. Modification Policy:

Modifications to reservations can be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring additional charges. Changes within 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.

6. Vehicle Availability:

In the rare event that the reserved vehicle is not available at the time of pick-up, Top Speed Car Rentals will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Inclement Weather:

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather conditions affecting travel plans. We recommend checking weather forecasts and road conditions before making a reservation.
